It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which includes bunk beds, a kitchen with a double sofa bed, and 2 private bathrooms with shower enclosures. Outdoor table and chairs are available, along with a living area with outdoor TV. On request, a third double bedroom with private bathroom can be added. The kitchen, designed in a nautical style with Azulejos tile finishes, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and more.
The sea-view porch is ideal for outdoor dining, while the lounge area is perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. This property is ideal for families with children or anyone wishing to enjoy a prime beachfront location and take part in the summer events organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in the square or along the seafront. For added security, the apartment is equipped with a burglar alarm system, and for convenience there is free Wi-Fi.
