From our story to your holiday
It all begins with Francesca’s childhood memories: the many summers in San Mauro Mare, in the family beach house, with her brothers and parents, among the scent of sea air and the sound of the waves. That house by the beach was the spark… Once the children grew up, it could no longer stay closed.
Originally created as a way to share the places of the most beautiful memories, this journey became a mission, turning into Romagna Case Vacanze: a business dedicated to apartments and holiday homes on the Romagna Riviera, designed for those who want to experience the sea in total freedom.
Over the years, the siblings Francesca, Luca, and Davide Rosati selected several buildings in San Mauro Mare and Gatteo Mare, fully renovating them to create new, well-kept, and comfortable summer holiday apartments by the sea, with a clear vision: holidays should not be a compromise.
Today, that dream lives on through Ramona, Francesca’s daughter, and Licia, Luca’s wife: the main point of reference for every guest.
