Located on the first floor and accessible by elevator, it features a spacious living area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a practical, fully equipped Febal kitchen, designed to offer our guests the highest level of comfort.
The bedroom is furnished with a cozy upholstered double bed and a foldaway bunk bed, making it adaptable to every need. It is the ideal apartment for families of up to 6 guests.
Both the living area and the bedroom have French doors that open onto a private covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, an outdoor lounge set, and an outdoor TV, allowing guests to dine al fresco and enjoy warm summer evenings.
Among the many amenities of this apartment, you will find air conditioning, a smart TV, electric shutters, Wi-Fi, and of course a private parking space within the courtyard as well as 2 bicycles.
