Madreperla is the most elegant and refined two-room apartment in the entire structure.

Located on the first floor, with elevator, it has a large living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, with a practical and well-equipped Febal kitchen, offering always the best to our tourists.

The bedroom is equipped with a cozy padded double bed and a folding bunk bed, adapting to every need. It is the ideal apartment for a family of 6 people at all.

Both the living area and the bedroom have French door/windows, which lead to an open space called “loggiato” for exclusive use, it is equipped with table and chairs, sitting area and outdoor TV, to be able to outdoor dinners enjoying the beautiful summer evenings.
Among the various comforts of this apartment you will find air conditioning, smart TV, electric shutters, wi-fi service and obviously the parking space inside the courtyard, 2 bicycles.

In short, it is elegant but comfortable!
