It’s totally renovated and tastefully furnished with all comfort (washing machine in the bathroom, dishwasher, oven and tv in the kitchen and in the rooms). It has a terrace outside the bedroom and kitchen, where is placed a outdoor living with tv. There is a private parking place in the courtyard.
It’s a deal for families with children, or for anyone else who would like to enjoy the perfect position to reach the beach, or enjoy the party night organized in the near square.
